It's time to get back in the game!!! Get off the sidelines and get back in the action of life. Don't let life pass you by. Regardless of the disappointment or setback you've experienced, it's time to get back up and get going again.
The Bible says a just man falls seven times but he rises up again. He keeps getting up! He refuses to stay down. Defeat and failure are not options. It takes a resolve that you're more than a conqueror through Him who loves you (Rom. 8:37).
In fact, it takes the Word of God to strengthen you. It's the "playbook" we must master, as it were, to perform in life as we should. It shouldn't be collecting dust. Open the Word of God daily, see what His instructions are and get going. Get back in the game!!! The victory is already ours thru Jesus Christ our Lord.

It Shall Be Known
It shall be known that the Lord is God. Galatians 6:7-9 speaks of God not being mocked. He will not be made a mockery of, neither we as His people. Joel 2:26,27 says that those that trust in the Lord shall never be put to shame.
In other words, it shall be know that He is God and that we belong to Him. Nevermind that the "devil" is laughing at the moment. It shall be known that He is God and that we belong to Him. He says in the Word to touch not His anointed, do His prophet no harm.
In other words, it shall be known that we belong to Him. We're His children, He's our Father. No good father will just sit there while harm is being brought against his child. No different for our Heavenly Father. It shall be known, just stay with the Word of God. It shall be the enemy who'll be put to shame.
He's prepared a feast in the presence of your enemy. Don't believe me? Check out Psalm 23. So, sit down at the table and eat up! Why? Because it shall be known that the Lord is God and we are His people.

Relationships
When it's all said and done, only one relationship goes into eternity. It's relationship with God, our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank God for the relationships we have in the natural, as it were. But glory to God, relationship with God enhances the relationships we have here on earth. Or, at least it should.
Sometimes, people are so devastated when they are not included in some groups and clicks. You ought to be saying, "Thank you, Jesus!!!" It may be the will of God you're not included.
In this life, you can count your REAL friends on one hand. The sooner people understand this, the sooner their stress level will go down. Relationship with God will cause Him to direct you to the right friend or friends for you.
See how this is tied together? In your fellowship with the Lord, He will order your steps. He knows and understands every detail of your life. But are you willing to do what it takes to maintain relationship with Him? What relationships and friendships have you exalted above Him? Your spouse shouldn't have priority over the Lord, if you understand what I'm saying. Don't go off the deep end.

Walking With God
That's what life really boils down to: Walking With God. No matter who comes or goes in your life, make sure you're walking with God. Do you want direction in life? Walk with God. You want peace of mind? Walk with God. Is your life in need of stability? Walk with God. Need a friend who will never leave you nor forsake you? Walk with God.
The old song says "I need thee every hour". We need God every second of every minute of every hour. There's never a time we don't need God. We shouldn't have to petition Him for something all of the time. But we should love on Him and worship Him all of the time.
We live in a time that we have to be for real in our walk with God. This has always been but even more than every before. The time for games and playing church is over! Step up or step out of the way. Prayerfully, you're stepping up and stepping on to victory!!! Walk with God!!!

Don't Forget Your Helper
You have a Helper. His Name is the Holy Spirit. It's so important that we be filled with the Holy Spirit. He's our Guide. He brings things to our remembrance.
Fact is, He does so much to aid us in life. God has designed for the Holy Spirit to be a part of the total victory He's provided.
The Spirit of God is not a feeling or goosebumps. He's a real person. He's a part of the Godhead: The Father, The Son, The Spirit.
Jesus said it was important that He go away, but He would not leave us comfortless. His departure after His resurrection allowed for the Holy Spirit to come on the scene, as it were.
So, read about the Holy Spirit in the Bible and understand that you have alot of help at your disposal. Don't feel helpless. Use your Helper, the Holy Spirit.

Thanksgiving - A Lifestyle
Thanksgiving doesn't occur just once a year. It should take place every single day. It's great that we as a country has a designated day of thanksgiving. It's laughable as to how so many are quick to celebrate "Helloween" but skip right over Thanksgiving.
It's indicative of our nation's attitude towards God. You know, people are just not thankful. They complain about everything but give thanks for nothing. How can the Lord bless such foolishness?
He's done so much for us. He's worthy of all the glory, thanks and praise. In fact, we praise Him for who He is, first and foremost. If He never does another thing, He's deserves our thanks and praise.
Question: When was the last time YOU gave God thanks and praise? Thanksgiving Day? Like I said, give God thanks EVERYDAY!

Taken For Granted
Are you taking God for granted? Are you taking His grace & mercy for granted? It's amazing how people take Him for granted. In turn, they take people for granted, also.
I think of the passage where Jesus was invited to dinner. As they were eating, a woman comes in with the alabaster box of oil and anoints Jesus. The host begins to criticize her. Some of Jesus' disciples does the same thing. But Jesus basically tells them that they are taking Him for granted.
She respects and honors the Lord enough to give her best for Him. The host didn't even offer Jesus water to wash His feet. That was, at the least, the norm due to wearing sandals on the dusty roads.
The host took Jesus for granted. The woman didn't. Are you taking Jesus for granted today? I ask you to closely examine your life. Do you take people for granted? If so, I would suggest you straighten that out today. It's time to do better, in Jesus' Name.
