It Ain't Over

It ain't over. I said it ain't over. No raising the white flag. No throwing in the towel. No quitting. No turning around. We don't let go of God's Word. We press, we fight, we resist, we stand.

Jesus has given us the victory. Hold on to what Jesus has already done. He always causes us to win. He abides on the inside. Therefore, victory abides on the inside.

No matter how you slice it, we win! We don't give up on God, the Word, nor the blood of Jesus. We win! We win! In Jesus' Name we win!

Be A Blessing

So often, people look for others to bless them. But how about being a blessing? It's not about you, you know. Even Jesus says it's more blessed to give than to receive. Jesus is our example. He didn't come to be served but to give His life as a ransom for us all.

Now, if Jesus came to be blessing, how much more should we look to be a blessing? Don't look for grand ways to be a blessing. Many times, the smallest of ways can be the biggest of blessings. If you're waiting to have more money or have more status to be a blessing, then forget it. Use what you have and God will multiply what you have.

It's often said that little is much in the Master's hands. Such a true statement. Offer what you have to the Lord. He knows how to multiply what you give to Him and to others. It's about being a blessing. We're blessed to be a blessing. We're more blessed than we think. So seek to be the best blessing you can be. This implies that you're already blessed. Glory to God for helping us be a blessing!!!

God Is So Good

God is so, so good! Sometimes, it's hard to put into words how good the Lord is. I certainly can speak for myself. It doesn't take long to realize the Lord has been good to us. That goodness can often be seen in material things, but that really isn't the half of it.

Too often we measure how blessed we are based on the "stuff" we have in life. But that's not the best measurement. There are thousands upon thousands that have stuff but can't sleep at night. They are worried about how to hold on to the things they possess. Yet they lack true happiness. They fail to see the true goodness of the Lord. Health, strength, family, and so forth. Those are the true blessings in life.

We just need to sit down and literally count the blessings. So often, we overlook the little things that are bigger blessings than we think. Just thank and praise the Lord for His goodness. It shows Him how thankful we are. Grateful people are a joy to the Lord. They generally appreciate God's goodness and don't complain. That's the attitude to have. Because, the Lord has truly been good to us. Amen to that.

Grace

I'm so grateful for the amazing grace that has been extended to us through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If it had not been for grace, oh where would we be!!! God's unmerited favor bestowed upon us. Unearned and undeserved. Yet, grace is freely given to us. Everything God has is available to us - His power, love, goodness and so on. The truly is the essence of grace.

I'm reminded from the Bible that God's grace is sufficient for every situation. When things aren't going as you desire, begin to praise God for His grace. The Bible says by grace we are saved through faith. Yes, it's by grace. Praise the Lord for the grace of God.

No matter where you are or what you're dealing with, God's grace is sufficient for every situation. His grace will get you through any situation. Grace is not a light thing. It's power to change your circumstances. Embrace the grace. It's waiting to embrace you.

Stay The Course

In life, there are things that would try to cause you to quit on God, quit on life itself. Don't do it. Stay the course. There are victories that God has already given us to walk out. In order to that, we must press through whatever presents itself. Are you willing to stay the course or are you going to quit? Now? After coming so far? I don't think so.

John 10:10 says that the thief comes only to steal, to kill and to destroy. But Jesus has come that we might have life and have it more abundantly. In other words, He's come so that we can win in life. Don't let what Jesus has done be in vain.

Now is not the time to quit on God, quit on the Word. It's never the time to do that. God's Word is the compass that guides us through the obstacles of this life. People will come and go. That's a fact. But God will never leave us nor forsake us.

Make up your mind NOW that you're staying the course. Don't stop. Don't turn around. The finish line just might be just around the corner.

Speak Life

Speak life. That's saying alot. In other words, it's important what you say. It's important to speak words of life to your circumstances. Proverbs 18:21 says death and life are in the power of the tongue. In your mouth, is life or death. It really depends on you and what you choose to do.

No one has greater power over your own life that YOU. Sometimes people are always speaking things relative to your life. You have to judge what is being said. If those words are not to your liking, don't receive them. Say out of your mouth, "I don't receive those words". You don't necessarily have to say the words to the person or people. But you need to say them out loud to "shoot down the negativity".

The best way to speak life is to speak the Word of God. The words that are in the Bible are full of life and power. You can't go wrong with speaking the Word. You help your own cause, as it were, when you speak the Word. So, do yourself a big favor and speak life!

It Is Well

It is well. Yes, it is well. How do I know this? Because God's Word is truth. The Lord is on my side. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. His Word never fails. His Word shall never pass away. God is for me, so it doesn't matter who's against me.

It is well. In spite of what I see or what I may be experiencing currently, it is well. When you have the Word of God on a particular situation, it is well. It's not going to be well. It is well.

The key is that you have to know what the Word of God says about you and your situation. Then just park right there on the Word. Don't move off of what God has said. So if He says you win, then you win. If God says you're more than a conqueror, then that's what you are.

God called Gideon a mighty man of valor when he was a scaredy cat. Thank God He can see what we can't see. He sees us as winners when we don't really "feel" like we're winning. Just know that it is well. Hold fast to it. Hold fast to your expectation of things changing and getting better. Why? Because it IS well!!!
